Hôm nay mình tiếp tục hướng dẫn sử dụng chữ ký số trên Outlook 2010
Để thực hiện ký số trên Email yêu cầu bạn thực hiện theo các hướng dẫn bước sau:
Bước 1: Ở tại cửa sổ Outlook 2010, bạn ấn chọn nút File > Options ở góc trên bên trái.
Bước 2: Cửa sổ Outlook Options hiện ra, ở màn hình bên trái bạn chọn Trust Center. 
Bước 3: Ở tại cửa sổ Outlook Options, ở phía bên phải của màn hình chọn nút Trust Center Settings…
Bước 4: Cửa sổ Trust Center sẽ xuất hiện, ở phía bên trái của cửa sổ chọn E-mail Security. Còn phía bên phải của cửa sổ chọn nút Settings…ở phần Encrypted e-mail
Bước 5: Cửa sổ Change Security Settings hiện ra, ở phần Signing Certificate và Encryption Certificate, chọn nút Choose…
Bước 6: Cửa sổ Select Certificate xuất hiện, lựa chọn đúng tên người ký rồi chọn OK. Nhấn tiếp OK để về màn hình chính. 
Bước 7: Trên màn hình soạn thảo Mail, chọn Option, tiếp tục ấn vào nút Sign để gán chữ ký số cho e-mail và ấn nút Send để gửi thư. 
Bước 8: Chương trình hiện lên cửa sổ yêu cầu nhập đúng mã PIN của người ký vào và ấn Đăng nhập để tiếp tục.
Bước 9: Kiểm tra chữ ký: Khi đã ký thành công, ở phần thông tin người gửi xuất hiện thêm dòng “Signed By: email của người ký” và có biểu tượng huy hiệu phía bên phải màn hình
