Nếu doanh nghiệp có tài khoản VNACCS/VCIS thì có thể sử dụng tài khoản VNACCS/VCIS để đăng nhập hệ thống DVC mà không cần đăng ký tài khoản mới trên hệ thống DVC.
Hướng dẫn đăng nhập
1. Doanh nghiệp truy cập vào địa chỉ: http://pus.customs.gov.vn
2. Trên thanh menu ngang chọn Chức năng Đăng nhập
3. Nhập đủ thông tin đăng nhập
– Tên đăng nhập: là mã số thuế của doanh nghiệp
– Mật khẩu: là mật khẩu của tài khoản VNACCS
4.Click chọn “Sử dụng tài khoản hệ thống VNACCS/VCIS”
5. Nhập mã Captcha
6. Nhấn nút ” Đăng nhập”
Câu hỏi 2:
– Nhà cung cấp Chữ ký số nào tốt để ký hồ sơ Hải Quan?
– Nhà cung cấp Chữ ký số có hỗ trợ được việc đăng ký tài khoản công trực tuyến không?
– Số điện thoại để đăng ký chữ ký số và hỗ trợ là số nào?
Trả lời:
– Chữ ký số của tất cả các nhà cung cấp đều có thể ký hồ sơ Hải Quan, Tuy nhiên Chữ ký số được công nhận đầu tiên và ổn định nhất đối với việc ký hồ sơ Hải quan là dịch vụ Chữ ký số FPT CA ( Token FPT CA)
– Chữ ký số FPT hỗ trợ rất tốt cho doanh nghiệp khi đăng ký hải quan trực tuyến cũng như dịch vụ Công trực tuyến.
– Để được Đăng ký chữ ký số FPT hay gia hạn Chữ ký số FPT hoặc hỗ trợ hãy gọi tới số 0913.101.698 hoặc 0868.246.333
Câu hỏi 3: Đề nghị hướng dẫn doanh nghiệp cách thực hiện thủ tục Hủy tờ khai trên Hệ thống dịch vụ công trực tuyến.

Người làm thủ tục có thể thực hiện thủ tục Hủy tờ khai trên DVCTT như sau:
– Đăng nhập thành công vào hệ thống, màn hình sẽ hiển thị 2 nút : Nộp hồ sơ mới và Danh sách hồ sơ cũ.
– Bấm chọn Nộp hồ sơ mới. Hệ thống hiển thị danh sách thủ tục DVCTT.
– Doanh nghiệp chọn thủ tục Hủy tờ khai và bấm nút Nộp hồ sơ. Hệ thống hiển thị màn hình Thông tin hồ sơ, doanh nghiệp điền thông tin như sau:
1. Chọn cơ quan xử lý hồ sơ,
2. Nhập đủ thông tin người nộp hồ sơ ,
3. Nhập số hiệu tờ khai cần hủy (Lưu ý: Mã tờ khai bao gồm 12 số và các mã tờ khai sẽ ngăn cách nhau bằng dấu ‘”,”)
4. Đính kèm các file thành phần hồ sơ,
5. Nhập ý kiến/yêu cầu đối với cơ quan hải quan (nếu có)
Lưu ý: các nội dung có dấu (*) là bắt buộc phải nhập thông tin.
7. Hệ thống sẽ yêu cầu phải nhập 1 đoạn mã xác nhận (tránh trường hợp spam tự động)
8. Kiểm tra kỹ thông tin hồ sơ trước khi gửi đi
9. Bấm nút Nộp hồ sơ/Lưu hồ sơ
10. Sau khi Nộp hồ sơ thì có thể in Phiếu tiếp nhận hồ sơ DVCTT
Như vậy doanh nghiệp đã hoàn thành việc thực hiện Hủy tờ khai hải quan trên Hệ thống DVCTT
Câu hỏi 4: Không đăng nhập được vào hệ thống dịch vụ công trực tuyến trên Website của Tổng cục Hải quan

Lỗi đăng nhập trên là do khi anh/chị đăng ký tài khoản thành công trên hệ thống DVCTT nhưng chưa vào mail để kích hoạt tài khoản. Vui lòng truy cập vào mail mà anh/chị đã đăng kí với DVCTT kiểm tra ở phần hộp thư đến hoặc mục Spam để xem mail kích hoạt tài khoản . Để biết kĩ hơn anh/chị vui lòng tải Hướng dẫn sử dụng cho Doanh nghiệp ở Menu Hướng dẫn sử dụng trên trang DVCTT
Câu hỏi 5: Không tìm được email kích hoạt tài khoản trên trang web dịch vụ công trực tuyến

Đối với trường hợp không tìm được email kích hoạt tài khoản dịch vụ công trực tuyến, anh/ chị vui lòng kiểm tra email kích hoạt trong phần thư rác.
Anh/chị cũng có thể sử dụng tài khoản VNACCS (nếu có) để đăng nhập trên Hệ thống DVC với:
– Tên đăng nhập: là mã số thuế
– Mật khẩu: là mật khẩu của tài khoản VNACCS

2. Ô nhập số tờ khai có giới hạn về ký tự không?

1. Tối đa một lần được hủy mấy tờ khai?
Hiện tại trên hệ thống cho hủy tối đa 10 tờ khai trong một lần nộp hồ sơ.
2. Ô nhập kí tự nhập mã tờ khai cho giới hạn 120 kí tự (không kể dấu phẩy ngăn cách các mã tờ khai ).
Câu hỏi 8: Hiện tại hệ thống đang giới hạn dung lượng tệp tin đính kèm nhỏ hơn so với lượng hồ sơ phải nộp. Có thể tăng giới hạn này lên được không?

Hiện tại Hệ thống Dịch vụ công trực tuyến chỉ hỗ trợ mỗi file đính kèm <=3MB
– Nếu file có dung lượng lớn thì có thể chuyển tới CQHQ bằng cách khác (qua email, gửi link, gửi bản cứng…)
